The Nerdologues Present: Your Stories podcast released its first episode on December 1, 2011 (it came over to Podbean on December 10). That means that, by the time the next episode of Your Stories drops, the podcast will have turned one year old. This is pretty exciting. Everyone involved with Your Stories absolutely loves it, and it wouldn't be the show it is without you guys - the people sharing stories and the people listening at home.

So, that said, we want your help! Specifically, we're seeking your input for what your favorite stories and songs from the first 25 episodes are. We're going to take those picks and combine them into an extra-special "Best Of" episode to be released at some point during the winter holidays. Now, it's important to note that THIS ISN'T A CONTEST. We're not judging anyone, and what gets included in the "Best Of" doesn't come down to votes or anything like that. We just want to know what's stuck with you the most throughout this year. You can nominate as many stories and songs as you like and, for bonus points, it would be great if you told us WHY those stories or songs stayed with you. I might even use those remarks on the podcast.

So how do you contribute to the Your Stories Best of Your 1? Well, it's easy, and there are a couple ways. For one, you could comment on this very post. If you don't want to do that, like you want your comments private or something, you could also e-mail us. Posting on our Facebook page is also groovy. Basically, we just want to know what you think!

I was going to compile a giant list of all the stories and songs we've heard during the last year, but frankly, that would be incredibly long and no fun to read. So you can just scroll through the posts on this site for a refresher (or, hey, listen to the episodes again! You know you love 'em!).

On a serious note, thanks for your continued support. We can't wait to see what Your Stories brings in 2013.
